Cheese bread (pao de queijo) da Tia Magaly (do Julio Maia)

Ingridients:

500g tapioca flour
250ml milk
100ml oil
1 spoon salt
150g cheese
3 eggs

Mix the milk oil and salt and bring to boil
Turn off the heat and slowly mix it with the tapioca flour.
Let it rest until cold.
Mix the cheese and the eggs until the dough is homogeneous.
If not using it immediately, flatten the dough top and cover with a thin layer of oil not to dry.

Baking:
Preheat the oven round 200°C.
Put some oil on your hand and take small portions with a spoon and make small balls (hand size).
Organize the baking plate with 2cm distance between each ball.
Let it bake for 20-25 minutes until a darker yellow.

The pão de queijo is ready!
