Veggie feijoada

INGREDIENTS

1 canned black bean

1 veggie sausage

1 pack of veggie bacon

1 smoked tofu

2 onions

1 garlic

2 bay leaf

Peper and salt

DIRECTIONS

Cut the sausage in rounds and fry them in a big pan (Calderon works better).

Reserve.(If the bottom gets darker, keep it there for the next step)

Cut the tofu in squares and fry them in the same pan. Reserve. 

Add the veggie bacon and cook until golden brown. Reserve.

Cut the onion and garlic thin.

Fry it on the same pan until golden brown. Add salt and pepper.

Open the beans can and reserve the water.

Add the beans without the water in the pan.

“Fry” the beans with the onions.

Add the fried bacon.

Stir carefully.

Add salt and pepper.

Add the fried sausage and tofu.

Add the beans water.

Fill the pan with water until everything is covered.

Adjust salt and pepper.

Add the bay leafs.

Stir carefully. 
Let it cook in mid heat until the thickness is not liquid.

Adjust salt and pepper. 
Serve with rice and finely cut fried green Cole (with garlic).
