Fesenjoon (by Shiva)

Ingredients

Walnut 250 grams 

Chicken 4-6 pieces 

1 Onion 

Pomegranate sauce (5 to 10 spoons, depends how tasty you want it)

Directions

– Crush walnut in food processor completely 

– mix it with grated onion and add 3 glasses of cold water to it

– Let it cook slowly for an hour, then add pomegranate sauce

– after around half an hour, add chicken (you can fry the chicken first, if you want)

– add salt, a pinch of black pepper and cinnamon 

– simmer it, let walnut oil releases
